This is a single printable – just a little tool I created for E to help him calm down when he is stressed but wants to communicate.
Of course – it is a great reminder for myself as well when E has made a mess after I just spent 20 minutes cleaning…. <3
This is a super simple way to promote interoception (help you feel what’s happening in your body) and self-regulation. Just follow the triangle – breathe in for a count of 4, hold for a count of 4, and breathe out for a count of 4. I will make more of these soon with different shapes – my software is just acting funny!
