Follow the Cards! – Toddler Card Game

Follow the Cards! is a family card game. It is perfect for toddlers learning how to take turns and engage in pretend play. Pick a card from a box/bag/hat and do what it says! It might be an “Act Like an Animal” card – pretend to be a chicken! It might be a “Find a Color” card – look around the room and find something blue! There are 5 types, each with 8 cards. Simply print out the file and cut out the cards! Take turns and have fun. E absolutely loves this game and helpfully shows the current player how to do it. Thanks E for the kangaroo demonstration!

Turn-taking is a skill that must be learned. It can be frustrating for little ones who are developing patience and emotion management.

This game is easy to pick up and each turn is very quick, leading to minimal wait times and maximum fun!
